About the Founder
Born on January 12, 1960 in Crete, Nebraska, Paul B. Anderson is a lifelong Nebraskan, architect, and independent thinker dedicated to practical, truth-based solutions for America's most pressing challenges.
Paul has fourteen direct grandfathers who fought in the American Revolution — five on his father's side and nine on his mother's. This deep ancestral connection to the founding of the Republic informs his commitment to restoring constitutional principles for the 21st century.
With decades of a wide perspective in planning, research, and systems design, Paul has focused on regenerative agriculture, preventive health, and the responsible use of technology. He is the architect of the Rhizohaven project — a comprehensive vision for soil restoration, nutrient-dense food systems, and accessible preventive care.
Paul has spent years studying the intersection of health sovereignty, data rights, and constitutional principles. He believes the time has come for We the People to reclaim authority over our bodies, our land, and our digital lives through carefully crafted constitutional amendments. He brings no institutional affiliations.
He is launching this citizen-led effort on July 4, 2026 — America's 250th anniversary — because the moment demands bold, enduring action.
Paul lives in Lincoln, Nebraska. He is available at paul@andersonamendments.org or 402-217-1567.
